Woodpecker Flip Stops

Has anyone used the flip stops from Woodpecker?  The hinge rod in mine is loose and falls out easily, just from the vibration of the drill press.  This doesn't seem right and can't think of a reason for them being so loose.  I was going to put a drop of hot glue or epoxy on the end of each to hold them in place unlesss there's a reason not to or a better suggestion.

Nope mine are fine so far.

Mine used to come loose as well.  I took a ball bearing and set it over the hole in one end and collapsed the hole slightly by tapping it with a hammer to give it a "press fit".

Upon closer inspection there's a set screw on the underside that just needed tightening.  Should've known Woodpeckers wouldn't produce a faulty product.

And maybe a little drop of blue Loc-Tite thread adhesive on that setscrew to keep it from vibrating loose.
