The mfs can be used for routing circles... Can the woodpecker?

FWIW...here's how it's done on the MFS.
An extrusion connector
A 8mm bushing
A 5mm SHCS

Cheese, that looks like a better job for the Shaper Origin [emoji15]

After a week long delay mine comes tomorrow. Can’t wait to eat some wood and domino tape!

No kidding Bryan... [smile]  That Shaper Origin would have made this HVAC grill madness a lot easier. Here's a photo.

I received my Origin right before Christmas but haven't fired it up yet. I'm still trying to figure out .svg files.  [crying] [crying]

Mine just came today. I can wait to have it slip out of that dirty cardboard box tomorrow!!

I have a lot of projects in mind and a backlog of them as well.

Origin or MFS... those covers look great!!

Cheers. Bryan.

Many years ago I had an MFS 400 and a pair of 700mm extrusions, but sold it when offered the right price. I have been kicking myself ever since. There are several projects coming up where the MFS would get used extensively. I ordered Woodpeckers VRJ over the weekend and am looking forward to it. The double connectors seem like a substantial improvement over the single one on the MFS. I went with the 18"X18" version along with 2 48" extrusions. Hopefully the 18" sections can be joined together to make a larger system when combined with the 48" extrusions. I am sure I can fabricate some connectors to do the job. The 18" set seemed to be a better size for most uses. The set can then be expanded when needed. This time I will not be selling it because shop made single use jigs are a waste of valuable time that is better spent elsewhere, that is how the expense is justified.
