Well, I finally put a worm chestnut flooring plank to good use. It had been kicking around my garage for over four years. Now if I can only get motivated to install the rest of the chestnut flooring as flooring...its just too pretty to walk on.
The first couple of pics is of the flooring plank, which is pretty knarly. Was afraid to cut it, since it was so neat looking as is.
Then your typical dry fit pics, but notice the domino playing peekaboo. I left it as is, it can barely been seen. Other pics are close ups showing off the wood then finished product.
Used the ro125, and the domino! I usually like to pocket screw frames too, but decided to let the domino do its job and not go overboard. Fun little project, only now the Mrs. wants frames for everything now...
