Well, that will change things for you in your favour then. [smile]

I recommend you get the PDC 18-4 TEC Li, it's a marvelous machine. Powerful and fast spinning. It does make an awful noise though in the hammer mode so ear protection is advised.

Yes it's almost unbearably noisy, but surprisingly effective - but I seem to get through the centrotec bits rather too quickly given their price. If it had the eccentric bit it would be perfect

Buy your choice and buy a systainer.  Done.

Why would you buy a tool that has no warranty/service presence in the US?  Between Bosch/Panasonic/Makita/etc, we've a wide range of proven durable cordless hammerdrill kits here and you'd rather go to Europe and buy one cause it comes in a fancy case???

i did just that with my hilti in a systainer, tho mine is a an sds which is far better than a regular cordless hammer drill

I agree with JT!

I wouldnt wanna risk buying a tool from europe for it to go fualty and not being able to get it fixed under warranty.  Something like a CMS or something you would check it over and not much could go wrong but a drill you wont know till a few uses.  Even if its Festool Protool you could be unlucky and have a bad egg!

I would jst buy a systainer and make a insert or just dump a hammer drill available to you where you live in it.
