WTB - CT22 for parts

I have a low hours CT22 where the bottom chassis has cracked and one the casters has fallen out.  I need the lower 2 chassis parts, specifically (452841 and 452848).  Basically, these make up the tub that wheels and where the bag sits.

I am not sure how this happened as it sits in my garage 99% of the time.  Anyone willing to part one out or have one with a bad motor before I order the parts?
