Yeah but 1900 is often just not that practical as 1500 or 1600.

They do sell a 1900 bag  [tongue]

It is if you regularly cut 5' sheets, though I certainly don't disagree that 1400 is too short. Besides, that is the one that comes with the TS75 plus.
Maybe the other shorter sizes make some sense in the European market, but they all seem a little short in NA?
The 1080 is too short for 3', same as the 800 for 2', 6" is just not enough extra.

1080 seems like an oddly specific length? unless there is a particular reason for it

Weren't the original MFTs 800 and 1080, respectively?

Would it make sense for someone to offer a 6” extension track complete with installed connectors?

If it were modestly priced, it seems like a logical upgrade.

TSO Products makes one that is a little over double that. GRE-13 comes with the connectors, and you can get a pre-cut foam block that fits Systainers.

Ages ago, I got the 1400 with the TS75 and found it useless for crosscut so I compounded being dumb and bought a second 1400 to extend it. I now never use those since getting the 1900 and 3000 tracks. An 800 serves well for smaller cuts. I seem to recall tacking a 1400 onto a track for just that little bit more, but it was likely before I got the 800. Often thought of taking a 1400 and cutting it into two shorter "just a little more" tracks since I do know for certain that I've never used them both since the other tracks.

Yes and the current MFT/3 has a 1080 rail too. It claims to be for 700mm cuts, so 380mm more rail length than cut length.

Now compare that to 1400 for a cut length of 1220... that is only 180mm of extra rail.

Or maybe they designed around some odd 1000mm sized sheets..

I just looked at that.  At over $100.00 it costs more than a 32” and connectors. And I have the 32 and the connectors.  I think I will keep the 32 and the 55 attached.  It is rare that I use the 32” by itself.
