In Denmark where I live, the thing with delivering by anyone, being that the postoffice or another company like ups, dhl and so on is, that it's cheaper for them to throw the goods around, rather than taking care, because of weight, size, time etc. The amount of customers who make a claim is too few for them to change the system. In other words, it pays for them to be doing what they do.
Therefore everyone here wrap in their goods real well.
Naturally we can all agree, that it shouldn't be so, and there are of course individuals, who take real care, and have a propper attitude to their job, like in fact everyone should have. Same story with prof. carpenters, electricians, bankers, mechanics etc. etc. It's a mentality that is present in this day and age.
Imo all one can do is prepare the best way possible, and have a propper attitude to ones own job, and in this way be an example.
Meanwhile it's a pita for everyone, you as a dealer too. Best of luck and crossed fingers
