I took some time off from my day job and made some progress in organizing my green boxes along with other boxes. They have been scattered all over the place because I was working on the house quite a bit recently.

I did follow Eric's YouTube video and copied dimension and hole spacing for drawer slide mounting (only lowered the height to 992mm so that I could use LR32 to drill all the mounting holes with my 1080 rail), build the first (2) sysports on the right with the classic systainers in them. Thanks for all the info, Eric! Nice video!
I recalculated the dimension by taking some measurement off the first build, and made some changes on the second set of sysports to the left. The height of the cabinets still remains at 992 mm, but the depth changed from 400 mm to 375 mm, and width changed from 460 mm to 442 mm.
The numbers of hole spacing was also modified from Eric's suggestion, this time 10 hole spacing instead of 11 for sys4; 7 hole spacing instead of 8 for sys3; and 5 hole spacing instead of 6 for sys2. I have about 5 mm to 7 mm gap in between systainers.

Added a pull out tray onto one of the second set to store measurement and marking tools.

Drawers were made from 10 mm MDO plywood that was left over from other project. Four of the feet under T-loc systainers sitting inside of the square shape so the systainers don't move around.

Each sheet of 4x8 plywood will be more than enough to make (2) of these without the drawers.
My average cost is about $70 per sysport, including all 350mm drawer slides, casters and plywood.
Thanks for reading. Thanks Eric!
