anyone have pictures of their custom kapex stands?  mainily looking for pictures of extension wings made from wood

Yesterday was like Christmas in October only better!!

Kapex!!! , tradesman/installer cleaning set, ts55 28Tblade, oshlun 60T Kapex blade (beater blade) Oshlun 68T non ferrous/plastics blade, 2- 6" hook & loop hand sanding blocks, 10 pk of 25' tapes (we kill them pretty quick on the job site but this should last a while)

more goodies on the way today!!

Nice, same thing happened here yesterday.  Kapex + Mini + 68T non-ferrous + 80T fine cut...and a T shirt.    I blame Peter for this.

one of my latest small projects!    i have actually done a bunch of tinkerng lately, just dont have the time to post it all, ill trickle them in slowly

I plan to add some sort of conductive tape to bridge any gaps in the antistatic hoses..    i also plan on getting/making a much shorter 50mm hose. the 90* on top of the dust deputy can still be moved so i will eventually point it forward to create a more direct path with the shorter hose.

the base of the box was made the same as my "MFCT" but obviously without the holes (posted mfct earlier in this thread)   the rest is all 3/4 ply, the lid has a second layer of 1/2" ply on the inside cut to the interior dimension to keep the lid centered    i used weatherstriping around the top of the box and glued all the joints to keep it tight

I made it deep enough and used fastcap power head screws for the attachment half of the latches so the lid can be flipped and latched and the dust deputy will store inside it to take up less space in my trailer

if anyone would like more/detailed pics or what i used for vac fittings just let me know what your looking for
