Actual Height of Systainers?

I've been drawing up some plans for Systainer storage under my MFT and after thinking that I had my final design, I went to my shop and started stacking systainers in various combinations to verify my height measurement. I discovered that, while the length (15-5/8") and the depth (11-5/8") are quite accurate, the heights, in the catalog,  appear to be only a nominal measurement at best. The actual heights that I have come up with are as follows:

sys #1    4-1/4" catalog dimension 4"

sys #2    6-3/8" catalog dimension 6"

sys #3    ?        catalog dimension 8"  (I don't have a sys #3 to measure)

sys #4    12-5/8" catalog dimension 12"

I'm trying to maximize the number of systainers I can stack in a given enclosure and these dimensions have sent me back to the drawing board to modify my plan. Could someone please provide me with an actual height measurement for a sys #3? I'm trying to fit in a Sortainer, which the catalog shows as sys#3. The catalog, I have found, is not too reliable on the systainers used for the individual products. The router (OF 1400) for example, says it comes in a sys #4 (12"). In the accessories for the router it shows a sys#4 with an 8" height. I've run across several more of these examples so I'm a little skeptical  of the catalog info.

Not the end of the world, but if someone could provide me with the sys #3 height, I would appreciate it. Big snow and ice storm hitting here tomorrow so I'm off to get supplies (wood).

I'm sorry, I work in metric, but here they are anyway:

Sys1 = 105mm
Sys2 = 157.5mm
Sys3 = 210mm
Sys4 = 315mm
Sys5 = 420mm

Those measurements are shown in the UK catalogue, and they're correct. Those heights given are excluding the feet that stick out on the bottom, as this is carried within the height of the sys it's stacked on. The feet measure around 5.5mm. (i.e. a sys1 placed on a flat surface will measure 105 + 5.5mm from the surface ( 110.5mm), but another one placed on top will only add another 105mm not 110.5mm). Hope that makes sense.

If you want to configure stack heights, I have created dimensionally accurate models of all the systainers in SketchUp

If I did the math correctly, it would appear that a sys 3 would measure about 8-1/2". I added the extra 5.5mm as I had planned to have each systainer setting on a pullout shelf. I still think it's odd that the catalog shows the height dimensions (US) the way they do, but that's the way it is.

'Cos they're German - It's all done in metric, so any imperial conversions will always be 'approximate'.
