I promise - this is not a whine!
I was cutting some thick stock the other day with my TS55 and noticed the cut was very slightly off square vertically. I confess to being a little shocked as the saw has cut perfectly so far in spite of a few falls and lots of abuse. Went to Rick C's excellent manual and quickly adjusted the blade to square using his procedure. Back to perfect cuts with about five minutes of effort (mostly spent finding the T20 Torx driver and some scrap MDF).
OK, now the amazing part, just out of curiosity I went to my files to see how long I had been running this saw. The first required adjustment was 5 years to the day on the invoice!
I think I had to adjust my DeWalt about every five days.
Thanks to the folk at Festool for building a quality tool and to Rick for explaining the adjustment in simple English with a clear diagram!!
