Adding color to Epoxy filler

BTW,  has anyone ever tried adding tint to Surfix? I'm making the base of the desk out of cherry, and might want to experiment with darkening it a bit. Illjedbean@yahoo.com probably get some samples of osmo color oils to test, but since I'm using surfix for the ipe top, it'd be nice to go with same basic finish on the entire piece.
