i just noticed an compressed air module that fits in to the vac so....

the module just looks like a faceplate that screws on to the vac and no other parts needed? like a tank, regulator etc

what vacs does it fit on?

last question will it run a 18g and 23g guns.

thanks in advance for your help the festool webpage gont really explain

It attaches to the location in place of the front cover plate on the CT 22, 33, 26, 36, 48.  It's just a pass thru design meant to trigger the vac on when you trigger the air tool.

In addition to what Ken posted, look at the LEX line of Festool sanders and the hoses they use.  Not an accessory useful for your pneumatic nail guns...

It's just an air-triggered switch for the vac. You'll still need to hook up a compressor, so that will have the tank & regulator on it, as well as determine what size guns it will power (though why you would need the vac running for a nail gun is beyond me).

That was JMB's request in case of a misfire, it would be sucked up and nobody would be the wiser.  Or he could set it so every time a nail fires, the vac sucks it in and...no nail holes (no nails either).

With all those nails being sucked up, he would need to be using the new prototype bags made out of Kevlar.  [big grin]

i thaught it had a built in compressor not a air switch my bad [sad]
