Another old project, as installed

On the advice of a friend, I went to check out a local consignment shop. It is a "seniors only" hand-made project consignment shop/showcase. It is called Golden Hobby something, I never did see an actual sign. Turns out it is a room inside of one of the jobs I did last year. I had no idea it was so close to my house, to begin with, or as easy to get into. Back when I was building it, I thought it was a private entity, like a members club. In reality, it is part of the county Parks and Recreation Department. It's a big building, separated into focused subjects. There is a model train room, ceramics, painting, sewing, and woodworking. The biggest room, right near the front door, is the consignment shop. Right across from the reception desk I built, and that big shelving unit, that fits under the stairs.

Well, not exactly. I stopped at the desk and asked if it was ok to look around, as a curious local resident.
It was after I went into the consignment shop area, that the volunteer worker struck up a conversation. He seemed to sense that I wasn't a buyer and asked if I was a woodworker. After I showed him a few pics, from my phone, and his eyes settled back a little, he called over a couple more guys. We stood there for close to an hour.

@MacBoy It is exactly the same laminate over particleboard as the rest of the job. It's a bit of a pain to edgeband parts that narrow though. The big automatic machines don't deal well with pieces less than 4" wide, no matter the length.
There is a trick to it, of course. You start with parts that are slightly over double width, run both long edges, then saw them apart. Tape the pieces back together, raw edges out, and run them again. As long as you stay 4" or more, it works fine. If the end result needs to be under 2", you have to tape them individually, to something wider. At that point, one at a time, is slower, but still faster than doing it by hand.
Every bit of it is Dominoed in place, so it could be glued. Leaving no visible fasteners is one of the primary goals of this kind of work, except for obvious places, like access panel screws.
