No it's meant to use free hand.
The foam back is skin friendly and provides some grip.
It's particularly handy for sanding profiled wood or painted material.
The roll of 25 m consists of 208 pads with a dimension of 115x120 mm.
And comes in grids: P120-150-180-240-320-400-500-600-800.
I use the 320 grit version of this for sanding in between coats of paint on cabinet doors, trim and crown moulding. Great sand paper and I love the foam backing.
I'm afraid that's not correct!
The mentioned pads have a width of 115 mm which is far to wide for the HSK hand sanding block, which is 46 mm wide.
And the foam back is not suited for the Stickfix Velcro of the HSK.
Therefore you need the special sanding pads called STF 46x178/0.
