ATF 55E - How does the flange and counter flange come off?

Have an old beaten up saw that I want to check out. Most of it seems straightforward. Does the part 36 counter flange unscrew or is it pressed on with the #37 flange?

I used have an ATF. If I recall the #35 screw holds the #36 flange on. The #36 flange does not screw on, just fits on and presses against the blade.

I take it is stuck in place and you want to know before prying it?

Thanks. Was eying it with a small bearing puller but wanted to be safe.
