Try a Wood Slicer, 1/2", 3tpi from Highland Hardware next time. I have a 20" bandsaw and it give me beautiful resaw cuts. I tried a Lenox carbide tipped blade but my 3-wheel saw has a too small a diameter for the weld to hold. Never had an issue with the Wood Slicer HSS blade and if I did, it's guaranteed. You can read about it here...

Are you talking about the 1/4” blade? Your link is to 3 sizes of blades.
I’ve used the Wood Slicer for many years and love it. But I recently discovered another
blade sold by Highland Woodworking that works just as well for resawing
and also has the ability to cut curves. I notice no difference in the quality of the surface (the Wood Slicer cuts just a bit quicker). This will be my new go-to, do-it-all blade, especially considering the inconvenience of switching blades for cutting curves.
