Recently I bought a couple of Bessey KliKlamps which came in a Tanos anthracite TLock – systainer II.
Being it my first Tanos-systainer, I’m now the proud owner of
- grey/blue classic systainers with blue Festo print;
- blue/white classic systainers with white Festo print;
- grey /green classic systainers with green Festo print;
- grey /green classic systainers with green Festool print;
- black/yellow classic systainers with yellow DeWalt print (no tools / DeWalt print covered with black tape :
);
- grey /green TLock systainers with green Festool print;
- and the new anthracite / anthracite Tanos Tlock systainer.
Besides the KliKlamps I also bought a couple of Bessey Spacer AV2.
Two things made me rethink the storage of the Bessey-products:
- both clamps and spacers in the same TLock to save storage space
- being able to see the length of the clamps before taking them out of the systainer.
I wanted to have quick access to the clamps because they get fare more use then the spacers.
After thinking of different solutions and playing with the tools and cardboard I came up with the following solution, which I think wil explain itself with the pictures.
Materials I used are scraps of:
5.5 mm ply
10 mm ply
18 mm ply.
Hnkjn.
