Just wondering where a lot of you purchase from. I have made 2 purchases both from CPO and the first time I purchased the track saw quick shipping also on the east coast. Got the saw and the systainer was banged up. But no big deal. Little disappointed but figured I would do worse.

Second order this week from them of a domino, domino accessory, and midi. And the domino insert is ripped and hanging and a crushed corner on the systainer and the domino accessory systainer has a huge black scuff down the side. Any one else have similar issues? I think I am done with them. Any other good east coast sellers with fast shipping? I feel like I am not being unreasonable for wanting my new tools not banged up. Right?

Tool nut is just north of NYC (festoolproducts.com).  Great people to deal with.

Tom @ tool-home ships out of TX.  Most of the east coast is within 2-3 days.  Great to deal with as well!  And if you need custom quantities of abrasives, he's your guy!  I'm opening up a package from Tom as we speak! :)

I'd recommend any of the above with no reservations and the utmost confidence.

You could make a bounce house with all the left over bubble wrap from his packaging skills.
 
I honestly believe you can not go wrong with a dealer that is here on the FOG.

I've bought from Uncle Bob Marino.  

Aldo from In touch tools.

Peter and Sean at  Tool-Nut.

And Tool-Home, Tom Bellemare.

Heck, I've bought items from Warren from the UK

All have great service and knowledgable guys.

Not one Festool dealer that is here on the FOG has given me bad service.

I have bought from Tom, Bob and Festool Products and all were great to deal with.  I bought my domino from Amazon and I will also buy from Woodcraft.
 
Tom at Tool-home.com has taken great care of me - very responsive to questions, quick shipping, great guy.
 
+1 on Bob Marino, Tool-Home, Tool Nut, In Touch and I will add Phil at K-119. I have also purchased from CPO and Amazon. No major issues with any of these dealers - I will say that Bob Marinos crew packs the stuff like it is headed for war! Tons of bubble wrap to safely protect your toys for the journey through the UPS wringer...

I certainly hope you are returning them? That's completely unacceptable.
 
Add me to the list of pleased customers of Bob Marino.  You wont find a person more responsive than Bob.

I am fortunate to have two Festool stocking dealers here in town but still order many things from Bob.
 
Bob Marino or Peter at festoolproducts.com. They both have served me well! But really any of the dealers on here would be great!
 
Like others here, I have ordered from most dealers here. I have had quality packaging input cases and have never (knock on wood) had and major mishaps.

Contact them if you haven't already.

This is how I base where to buy my festools:

Ive order: from both Bob and Tom.

I started ordering more for Tom as he was closer to me (shorter shipping time) Ca. from Tx is about 3 days shipping .

Both have given me excellent service.

Aldo (intouch tools) and Phil (K119) seem to be pretty good as well.

All the dealers who come here offer their expertise and get to know us (as best you can on the internet) will provide excellent service.

Seeing how in the US the prices are the same and the shipping is free, all we can go on is the service we receive.

The dealers here seem to be excellent and provide great service.

So I would find the one closest to where you live and order from them.

I also go to my local brick and mortar (B&M).

There are (were before I moved to the UK) a couple near me that are simply outstanding.

One has a complete festool line and all the employees are factory trained and use the tools themselves as they are professional woodworkers/ bespoke cab makers.

It has a tremendous amount of ply and hard woods, hardware/ finishing supplies etc.

I would go to them anytime I had a question on how to do something with the festools even the ones  I bought on line, they would tell me and show me how to do it.

Another, my local woodcraft has a limited supply of festools, but it seemed it carried the accessories that well most normal dealers would have to order and offered very good service.

All are nice people who sincerely care about their customers.

For me thats the bottom line.

 
Ditto on Bob Marino and Toolnut...I've also gotten great service from Hartville Tool in OH.  Lee Valley is great for Tanos
