Is there a link to the festool TSO version for the USA market?

The Festool version, 205229, is available across the pond.

Do you know of anyone shipping to the USA?
Theres a couple on eBay but right now it's too early and they are still overcharging for the product or shipping. Give it some more time and the Festool branded one will be available for cheap from someone shipping to the US.

As mentioned and already pictured, our GRS-16 fits nicely in existing track saw systainers. We have also recently updated our Dual FoamPac Insert which is now CNC cut out of Kaizen Foam:

Wish I had waited to order these.  The version I received didn't look near this nice.

[member=72312]Rick Herrick[/member] - would you really prefer a plain clear anodized matt finish as used overseas? - if there is enough interest we'll run a batch.

Hans

An unbranded clear version, no.  Clear with the Festool logo, yes.  Not sure if you guys produce those yourselves or license for Festool to make.

Thanks

Exactly.

I own the Woodpecker and Insta-rail XL. I would prefer to own the Benchdogs or TSO version. But, I am leaning towards Benchdogs since I am satisfied with my Woodpecker parallel guides and also love using dogs in the table top. If I wasn't happy with the Woodpecker PG, I would swap over both to TSO.

Another to add to the options, the Insta-RailSquare: LINK
[member=58821]ben_r_[/member] - I'm sure you're just trying to be helpful to fellow FOG members, but you may not be aware that the Insta-Rail rail squares are an unauthorized imitation (not copy)  of our GRS-16 series.

They are in direct violation of our Canadian and  US Patents. This infringement is a violation by the Canadian source as well as the sole US importer/seller. These two companies are well aware of their continuing and wilful patent violations.

Fortunately for TSO, woodworkers who are aware of the knock-offs, prefer to buy from and support the origionator rather than own a knock-off from companies who abuse the intellectual property of the patent owner: TSO Products LLC.

TSO has entered into a collaborative license agreement with FESTOOL where TSO supplies the Latch assembly built on our proprietary tooling while FESTOOL machines and completes the aluminum plate for final assembly and packaging in Germany.

Our agreement provides for the distribution of the FESTOOL version only outside North America where FESTOOL has wide distribution coverage we cannot economically match. The overseas customers are best served that way.

In North America we can serve every customer ourselves directly online and with the help of a carefully expanding dealer network in the USA and Canada.

The innovation we continue to drive at TSO depends on maintaining and growing a viable business here in the US - we literally could not keep the doors open with license fee income and we're not about to close the doors.
You North American customers are what keeps TSO innovating! - so we

Thank You very much - we sincerely appreciate you!

Tso. Definitely. Especially as you can add on the parallel guide system at your leisure. I have the GRS-16 PE could be happier.

Thank you TSO for offering these products.  I am thrilled by every product I have purchased, from the rail squares to the parallell gudes and the Big Foot.  I wish for more products along the MFT fences/stops lines.
