I really let our Blackstone griddle go! It was in rough shape from the last time I used it. I thought I was being careful to oil the griddle after each cook, but evidently I wasn't being that careful.
I started off with 40 grit Granat on the ETS EC 150 and the paper loaded up pretty quick from the burnt on gunk.
The whole restoration took just over 1 hour between the ETS EC 150 and DTS 400 and 3 re-seasoning coats. I thought about using the RO150, but I thought that might be overkill.
