As for what accessories are available - check the Festool site and there is a place for all (currently marketed) accessories.
Yes, but makes little sense financially when you have a clean-sheet as far as accessories go.
Best advise I can give is to save up a bit and get the big cleaning set in a Systainer.
The one below, with the tubes, hose, ends all in systainer is hard to beat on the deal value. The D36 hose included is worth €100 itself and gives about 50% more air volume where needed compared to the D27 one. It also plugs directly into the back of the D27 hose, so you get a "7 meter hose" for the cases where it is needed as well.
You can also sell-on the systainer if you have no use for it to recoup some more of the cost.

Disclosure: No relations ship with the shop, but really like their site being very complete and exact on information and they are also a good price reference for DE prices. Not the cheapest on most stuff - except sandpaper where they tend to be hard to beat.
ADD:
No, the tubing does not use the bayonet, only the first part - the "handrohr" does, then the 36mm tubing standard is used from there on.
ADD2, while at it, do treat yourself to this:
