Thank you all -

Opening this up a bit more as I want to see I if I can have everything I need already in when the 36 AC comes into my 'shop' (Garage).
36 AC comes with a
11' 36mm hose (that also works with the Planex).
The pigtail 27mm converter should work fine connecting to the end of that 11' 36 with planex connector hose?---I don't see any reason it would not.
Tom,
what is the length on that pigtail?---Guessing its a foot or two? I'd like to be able to run my sander all over a full sheet; assuming this will work fine, just double checking that I don't need anything else or have to worry about to little or to much cord.---I guess I can always wait and find out, but my dealer local seems to take weeks to get any part in that isn't in stock--so forethought isn't wasted.
I think I understand how this 36mm to 27mm pigtail setup would work with my boom.
I'll throw the 11' 36mm on the boom connecting it directly to dust vac, then can use the end of that 36 on tools that need it (most tools will benefit from the 36 over the 27....2200, t75, kapex).
With the pigtail, I can just unplug whatever machine I have on the 36 at the time, then put the 27 converter pigtail onto end of the 36 coming from the boom and will be ready to use my RO 150 all over an entire sheet if I so wished...seems sander would benefit from added flexibility expected from the 27mm pigtail too.
Final thoughts on the best way to keep 3 tools hooked up to the extractor at the same time?
Specifically:
Kapex constantly on a 36mm line that I never have to disconnect (unless I'm going out of shop on site)--this I'm assuming will never have to be using the 36mm that I'll be putting on the boom. I guess I would through a Y connector (
Does the Y have 50mm, 36mm or 27mm connections and can it go directly into the vac or do I have to have hose from vac to the Y first)?
36mm line that I can use from end of boom for 2200 router or t75 (I can switch these as I think TWO dedicated 36 lines would be much more complicated to setup...and though I'm normally game for overkill this would be overkill*2 which isn't my cup of tea).
27mm dedicated also on the boom with a new set of clips---how I would connect this back at the Y I don't know...maybe I need a W

I could bypass switching out the pigtail this way...but then I might have a 36mm pulling one way on the boom (to my T75 sitting on the workbench) and my 27mm that is connected to the tool I'm currently using going the other way.
Ugh, I'm stuck trying to figure out how to do that (dedicated lines the three tools).
I'll just setup the pigtail and the Y for the kapex with option to switch freely between 27 and 36 hopefully not burning out my connections making em loose over time
