Jmb I spoke with peter at slingers they quoted  good prices and they provide a good service I just though it would be greener to buy the bloody things localy

rather than dragging them all over the country..But I might give your guy a try where is he based?

Same I would go local! But like I said my local guy does not keep up to date with festool.  He is big on Bosch and makita only really.  Also he does not give good prices some times he breaks but he moans about it so cnt be bothered with that.

I have been up RexCrystals 3 times maybe 4 I just go for the Demo shows cus it takes me 2 hours to get their so I dont go just to buy a tool no point if its free delivery! Every time I been though I spent £1200 or more  [crying]

Sorry that your experience in July 2010 was not what you expected. At that time we had had the UG-KA on order from Festool but they had been delayed and so we were let down. We have also dramatically increased our domino stocks so this situation should not happen again.

As you can see from the kind words from Neth and Guy our service is normally very good and we do take our customers comments seriously.

We honestly did not get any emails from you and I am sorry that you had problems contacting us.

I hope you will try our services out again and I know you will be happy.

hi guys i would like to give an update. i just ordered 5 t locs of different sizes exept sys1 , Festool Parallel Side Fence FS-PA, and a roller board.
i would like to comment on the cost difference in shipping these items .
axminster was 48GBP

and D and M tools a colosal 116GBP.

i just thought i would remind people to shop around and not only look for the cheapest list price.

Hes a good Dealer!  best not let me down now you said that lol!  I told you hes fair priced!  You just have to talk 2 him either Email or Phone as he does not keep his website fully updated so your always best just talking to find out his best price and deals!  You cant haggle a website but you can haggle Rexy (nick) [tongue]
