I agree with Shane, the RO90 blows the doors off a multi-tool as far sanding is concerned.  On the other hand the RO90 isn't going to do anything other than sand, the multi-tool, it slices, it dices and just about everything else. 

Maybe someone with both could post a short video comparison...  [popcorn]

GULP, I own all 3 tools in question. Buttttttttttttttttttttt, Brice does this type of thing so welllllllllllllllll [tongue]  Anyway, plus 1 on the Fein versus Festool sander issue. I've never been that impressed with the MM as a sander, it works, but even my DX93 puts it to shame. However, neither the DX93 or the Rotex 90 will cut out grout in a bathroom and allow me to cut and regrout the whole thing in one day, with Festool providing the dust collection of course. For that, and a host of odd-ball jobs, my Fein MM gets much respect from me.  I will keep both the DX and the 90 until I see how the Delta action of the RO 90 works out. Besides, it's much easier to GET new Festools, it's much HARDER to let them go once you've got them................ [wink] [wink] [wink]
