Knocked this one out Saturday afternoon, nothing fancy, just 2x4s four squared and pocket screw joinery.
The CMS-VL is meant to be hooked up to the MFT/3, but I wanted to use it as a freestanding unit. It also has a larger table size than the CMS-GE.
I took careful measurements since the height and width is different from the front end to the back of the CMS-VL.
I used four hex head bolts and tee-nuts to level the unit to my tablesaw.
I wanted to be able to wheel the unit if I needed, and also some storage for the fence and other accessories.
Now I can also share my tablesaw outfeed/custom MFT as an outfeed.
Eventually I will get an MFT/3 rail, so that I can hook up the unit directly to the outfeed cabinet.
It's quite sturdy, although the dual locking casters I got from Amazon have some play when I push the entire assembly intently... not too happy about the casters but once it is locked down it will be stable.
If I need to take it with me or use with the MFT, I can detach it fairly quickly.
