I'm setting up my OF2200 router to be used on a Take-one-too slab flattening table setup.  It requires a collet extension of about 2" to get below the router frame.
I have a 2" Amana cutter that I'm planning on using.  The problem I've run into is the CMT extension I bought has enough runout that it causes some vibration.  I checked the router runout which is very good at about .0002", however when I check the extension with a .500 gauge pin in the collet I get about .0025 runout just in front of the collet.
I understand that with any extension you're going to get a little magnified runout, but at router rpm's a little runout will cause vibration, and the bigger the cutter the more the problem can come up.

Does anyone know of a high quality extension they've had good luck with?
I've read a little about the "Muscle Chuck" router chucks that replace the router collet (eliminating one source of runout), but I don't see an extension in their product line.  Not real confident about them though, since they have a video on their youtube channel showing how you have to play with the chuck to find the "sweet spot" for the least runout.
