Curious if anyone here has purchased or made a "drop leaf hinge" that is concealed or invisible like a Soss or barrel hinge? Maybe it would still use a "rule joint" or not but looking for something where the metal hinge is internal to the material and not exposed like in traditional offset drop leaf hinges.
This older rendering below almost shows the idea but not quite. The drop leaf would still need to be under the edge of the top when not in use etc.
