I'm having a hard time figuring out which part I need to order to connect the 36mm hose to the 27mm tools (Sanders and domino).
Searched the forum, saw some old posts they had broken links.

Would appreciate an Amazon link or just the part number.

Thanks

I would recommend a D27 hose, over one of those adapters. The adapter makes the hose end really stiff. Did your dust extractor come with a 27mm hose? If so use it. Most if not all of the newer hoses are able to plug end to end so you can chain them together.

As I use a 36mm hose on the boom arm, I cut a short section out of a D27 hose for an adapter. Works excellently.

That 768135 is somewhat manageable, but I'd certainly prefer something like what Peter_C rigged up with the shorty whip with a 27mm end.

Can confirm it is the 768135 Reducing Sleeve DC-D 36/27 AS. I just got this for my 36 hose to Domino and verified that the fit is correct, but have not used it in practice yet.

I’m now wondering if I should have gotten the 36 to 27 hose connecter instead based on what others here are saying. But I’ll try it out first and see if it works for me.

That's very interesting! How do you connect the 36 to the 27? What's the part number to connect the 2 hoses?

The newer hoses have the ability to connect the vac end to the tool end without any adapters. You can purchase a new vac end for older hoses to be able to do so.

Thanks. You got a part number / link by any chance?
