Looking for any guidance on the process of converting a TS 75 from Imperial to Metric.  I contacted Festool and they indicated I would need to order some specific parts, but curious if anyone has gone through the process and how involved or simple it is.

If it's anything like the TS 55, it's just the, umm, the term escapes me...plastic thing with the graduations on it and the stopper. For installation, IIRC, you take off the outer blade housing and it's some screws to remove. I have one waiting to install on my TSC 55.

This is the part for the metric scale.

why not just get a converter app on your phone? 13mm=1/2 1"=25mm etc etc

not hard to do

but why would you want to?

Why not set the saw on the edge of your material and set the blade debth that way?

Yeah - I just made a card with common lumber sizes and attached it to my Mikata track saw.

I just added marks to the scales on my metric saws to indicate common imperial thicknesses.

Even with your existing imperial marked saw the mechanical rack that fixes depth is still metric so you already have the ability to see the depth in 1mm increments, regardless of what the scale says.
