Been awhile since I have posted but I have a question. I recently demolished the hose garage on my CT 26, and the mounting bolt is bent. I was going to buy a new hose garage but I was wondering if it would come with new mounting bolts? If not what is the part number for the mounting bolts?

Thanks for the replies guys. I ordered the hose garage a couple hours after the post, so I guess I will track down the hardware next. :)

question: why would you feel the need to go to the FOG forum rather than directly to the people who sell the item - namely Festool USA Customer Service. I am asking because I have seen similar inquiries on the FOG forum making me wonder what the best place is for product support answers when I have a need sometime in the future.
Is Festool customer service  unable to provide reliable and prompt answers to  a simple inquiry like this?

Apparently, the FOG forum section named as "Ask Festool" is supposed to be one method of determining any issues or to seek answers to a myriad of Festool questions.

See attached snapshot of the description and intent of the "Ask Festool" section of FOG.

I surmise that answers posted there would be checked and answered by Festool during normal business hours

The ask festool area only works rarely these days, there seems to be little interest in festool staff answering questions like this anymore.

Could the bolt not be straightened in a vice?

My honest answer is much like many of you I am a busy guy in general and with a message board system I am able to ask a question and come come back to see if there is a response at my convenience. Yes the information could have been gathered from other resources, but I did not consider the question to be so far out in left field that it did not fit.

That is going to be my go to move. I just was not sure if mounting bolts came with the hose garage or not. My 26 is on the go a lot rather than a stationary tool, so currently no systainer can be attached to the top of the tool.

It was a good question.  Being that I had to replace my hose garage I know what a hose garage comes with.  It doesn't come with screws or a sticker.  Just wait if you own a Festool vacuum you will have to replace the hose garage at some point.  The plastic that they use for the garages is horrible and  becomes brittle over time.

It doesn't come with stickers? That is good info. The stickers were what was holding part of mine together the last little bit lol. The plastic gets really brittle over time. Mine was on it's way out for awhile and then took a tumble and that was all she wrote.
