CT MIDI vs CT26 for my specific scenario

I'm in the process of building a large outfeed/assembly table combination in my shop and will be picking up a Festool TS-60 and ETS EC 150/5 very soon. I also need the dust collection for routing. I do NOT need this for my miter saw, CNC, or other tools.

As for the design, I will be incorporating an open cubby under the assembly table to store the dust collector and will also have a dedicated cubby for a 5-gallon bucket with a dust deputy low-pro separator. Because of this, the CT MIDI with the dust collection port at the rear would make for a cleaner look as I could have the bucket/separator in a cubby directly behind the CT MIDI and accessible from the opposite side of the table. The design/aesthetics is sort of a big deal for me and having the option to hide the hose between the dust collector and the bucket within the assembly table cabinet is ideal.

However, I've read some reviews that while the CFM specs on paper are close between the two, the CT26 in real-world application is the better-performing unit.

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts on if I'll have buyer's remorse getting the MIDI.
