Hi,
I purchased a ETS150 sander and T55 saw along with the CT 26 dust extractor. These were my first Festool purchases and I wish some other tools would die so I could replace them with Festools. However, I have two issues/complaints about the extractor hose. First, the ribs on hose get caught on the workpiece when using the T55 and ETS150. Is there a solution for this? I tried putting the hose over my shoulder, which helps sometimes. Is there a sock to go over the hose so the coils/ribs don't catch on the work piece? Second, the hose is 3-4 months old but is still very stiff and wants to stay coiled - will it ever straighten out?
Thanks!
