The vacuum does not work as normal anymore, it only turns of after switching between off and manual 10-20 times. I'm trying to figure out what might be wrong. So far the issue points to being on the circuit board, though it is hard to pinpoint hat exactly, the caps don't look blown. I removed the epoxy that was covering one of the capasitors. I've also checked the switch itself with a multimeter, the motor and brushes, they were worn but still some left, and i got continuity with the multimeter. I'm considering depotting the pcb, but not sure if it is worth it, maybe order replacement caps and replace those. Anyone know what could cause this issue?

After some testing, it seems that I'm able to trigger a start by switching between MAN and 0 back and forth with the perfect timing.

What component on the circuit board could cause this? Are the capasitors getting old and deterioated?

I can hear a tiny buzzing sound when switching to '0' / off, not sure if this is normal, and its hard to pinpoint exactly what component is making this sound. But if I switch to 'MAN' right after the buzzing the vacuum starts. Very strange.
