Yes. It's a cheap wireless box with wireless keyboard and mouse. The monitor is actually a TV hooked up to it:

Take a look at the link, these brushes are pricey but lay down an amazing finish, I have found foam sometimes introduces bubbles which can be a real pain. Fine Woodworking also has an small article on brushes for waterborne this month, page 21.
