A friend (he had a client who wanted to replace a pair of painted hand rails) came over Saturday and we assembled a pair of Oak handrails using the Domino. Had to make a jig to get the angles (22.5 and 45) set correctly to insert the 10x50's. He decided to rush it a little, I was for adding a pocket screw to the bottom to pull it together a little more but settled on jamming the ends on. Came out ok, they have a slight gapatosis and a small easily sanded ridge where we made the joint. The rails came from Lowe's and I also suspect some slight variation from the stock may of been to blame for the ridges between the pieces. First time using the Domino and was happy over all with the results.
