I have a set of their domino glue applicators that are on sticks you dip in the glue shown in the link below. They work extremely well. These appear to have the same shape just attached to a glue bottle cap which may or may not be an improvement. I ordered a set this morning but they are out of stock

Oh, that's what those brushes are. I saw pictures of those brushes before on Rockler's ads, but didn't click on them to see what they really were.
I guess the brushes need less maintenance as you can wait and peel off the glue skin, but for the new applicator tips, you'd need to soak them in the water after every use.
I recall that someone on the forum has shared his applicator tips (3D-printed, non silicone) before, with holes near the top of the tips, while Rockler's have openings on both the top and sides.
This morning, the website still says In Stock Online, and the several stores I checked show a limited stock status.

I had a chance to use the 4/5mm glue tip this morning and it worked really well. It has slots for the two faces of the domino as well as on the edges so glue goes everywhere it is supposed to and there was very little glue outside the domino mortise.
I rinsed the tip out in the sink when I was done and it took less than minute to clean up using Titebond original
I was working on small parts at the bench so I was able to have the mortises on top of the piece and hold the glue bottle with the cap down. I'm not sure how well these would work as well if you were trying to squirt glue into a horizontal or upside down mortise.
The only complaint I have is that the 4/5mm tips for both the sticks and glue bottle tips are combined so the tip seems a little small on the 5mm mortise.
Definitely worth $20 bucks in my opinion.

Is it true that when you use the silicone glue brush, you can use it to apply glue to the mortises as well as to the dominoes, while with the silicone applicator tip, you can only use it to apply glue to the mortises and you still need another thing to apply glue to the dominoes? Or the silicone glue brush can't be used to apply glue to the dominoes?

First, I typically don't apply glue to the dominos because it just squeezes out as you insert it.
I have in the past used the brush to apply glue to the dominos and the mortises. It works well on the dominos, but is too thick to fit into the mortise. It has a narrow spatula on the other end of the handle which works, but then you have a stick with glue on both ends, and at least for me, I end up looking like a 3 year old with a jar of paste.
You could probably spread glue on the dominos with either the stick version or the cap version of the domino glue applicator. I think either would work as well as a brush, or a popsicle stick for that matter.

I use these as well, just put a little glue in the mortise and insert it, spreads the glue fairly well. Much faster than using an acid brush, clean up is easy. if too much glue squeezes out after the domino is inserted you can rake it off with the tip of the applicator and place in the next mortise.
