Looking for opinion on an exterior finish. I'm adding some bubinga wood trim to my bike. I'm looking for a durable finish that will last. I don't want to have to refinish every year.

Thanks, wrong kind of bikes thought. I'm putting the bubinga on my Harley, but I did find they use poly which is specifically formulated for aircraft use. Thanks I will now search for that.

Bryan, where is the wood going on the Harley?

I'm doing my speaker grills, inner fairing gauge surround insert, dash insert and saddle bad insert.

A poly designed for aircraft might be the ticket I've not seen that . I have had good success with a Sherwin Williams white conversion varnish, V84 V80 (5010-37857) comes in gallons (and does use a catalyst) and has UV absorber. Does not yellow at all. Good luck with nice wood touch on the bike.
