He's at it again, and a darn good jig.  Check it out.

If anyone was so inclined you could easily build a router sled with a retractable pin for your LR32 tracks. Heck ... if you want to go crazy, adapt a bicycle brake handle and cable to retract the pin and mount it on your router ... you'd never have to move your hands and you could go even faster [wink] [big grin]

Nice job very clever copy of the Festool one.

I thought he had the 32 system anyway as it was on the mft video

Could you tell me the part numbers for the two Festool countersinks you used in this video and also which Starrett auto center punch you used?  Festool makes several of those countersinks and I am trying to buy the most useful sizes first.  Same with the Starrett.

The depth limiting countersink (1:35) is part 492523. The other one (4:08, 4:52) is part 492521. These are the ones I have, so that's what I use. From a functional perspective, the second one can cover all countersink needs, but the depth limit on the first one is my favourite – makes the results super consistent! If you can justify it, I can't recommend it enough.

The Starrett is the 18A Automatic Center Punch.
