Festool ctl 26 e upgrade to ctl 48e

Hi is there any difference in performance or suction between the ctl26 and the ctl 48 at all ?
As I have been pondering why sell my ctl 26 when all I would need to do if there was no performance loses is buy the ctl 48 container and swap the bits over and then I have saved my self a bomb ? Any information would be appreciated thanks Tom

The only differences are the sizes of the tub, bag & the part number of the handles.
