"Sorry but I dont understand that phrase. Could you elaborate?"
It's not spinning true.

In my opinion, the wobble has no influence what so ever on the quality of work, whether you're drilling or driving.
Welcome to the forum. Sorry to read about your situation. You should consider taking advantage of the Festool return policy, and if you decide to try another one, hopefully it will be thru a local brick and mortar dealer and you can test it in person.I've found this thread because i just got a new CXS18 and i have no wobble with the centrotech or atleast minimal, much less than your video, but i have the same wobble with the Jackob drill.
I mean i checked all of the comments here and excuse me but this should not be normal for such expensive and high end brand. I compared it with a parkside and the wobble is minimal. Im a business owner and build kitchens and cabinets daily.
Usually I use dewalt and decided to up the level and see what the "best" feels like and im not impressed. Everything else is good, build quality is great, feels great in the hand, price is ok but this much play when drilling is a huge NO - NO !
