My 10 year old son surprised me with this Lego built Festool sign last month for my birthday. We spent some down time we had over this Holiday weekend and built a simple cherry frame for it. Just wanted to share it with everyone.

What is in his stocking this year?

Thats a good question.  I want to build some festool projects for the boys this years but have not come up with anything yet.  I need some inspiration.

One word: trebuchet.  Best 10 year old wooden gift. Ever.  Tons of plans online-
from desktop size to "let's lay siege to the Wal-Mart" size.

Nice addition to the shop, Aaron. Hope to maybe see you at JLC next week?

I want a trebuchet.  [big grin] There are punkins to be chunked.

Dane, Great idea.  My oldest just built a small catapult for Boy-scouts yesterday.  Im thinking a 4' one is needed around the house.

Shane, I got my passes a couple weeks ago. I will see you there!

That is VERY, VERY, cool!!!!
Kinda like the homemade cards the kids make when they are younger.
Priceless!!!!

Cool sign!

How about building Lego storage boxes?

Seth,  Great idea but I dont know if I could build anything better then the 3 classic systainer 4 that they already have for Lego storage.  Maybe make some dividers for them? [smile]
