Mainly scribing panels, benchtops, templates etc on cabinet installs. The EHL65 is very light - so easy to handle, and cuts beautifully. It's also narrower than most planers, whereas the new one is the standard 82mm wide. A cordless version would have been perfect, but instead we're getting a clone of every other cordless planer on the market. For what situations do you use the Hand Electric Planer?
Why do you prefer the EHL65?
