Festool on TV :'(

I spotted a Festool track saw in a TV commercial today and wish I hadn't.  Unfortunately, this is one of those trolling lawyer ads that are on TV, more and more, asking people with a construction work related disease to call for representation.

There a many companies that make canned (template) commercials for the legal (mainly personal injury) industry and then modify them for a fee for their new clients.  Apparently it is a business model that works for them.

At least the employer on the commercial wanted the workers to use quality tools as they were being exposed to deadly chemicals present at the job site. The more important question is will the track saw be in any danger being in that dangerous for humans area?
