As a Newbie to Festool please excuse dumb question. Are Festool promos run at specific times of the year, i.e. Fall, Winter, or yearend holidays??

The answer is "yes, sometrimes". They in times past, have had some seasonal/holiday promos, and always when introducing a new tool, offer an "Introductory price" offer.
