I'm considering a TS75, and have a question concerning the cut line. Does the TS75 cut a the same line regardless of the bevel angle? I read in the TS55 supplemental manual that it does, but I can't find any data that indicates this is also true for the TS75. Thank you for the input.

My does for all practical purposes (perhaps 0.5 mm off at 45 deg).

Thanks Svar.

Are the Festool tracks straight enough and the TS75 capable of making glue ready cut? Typically, aluminum extrusions are not very tight in regards to straightness.

The extrusions are straight enough. I can get glue ready cuts 90% of the time. Depends on your stock too.
Regarding your first question. While my saw is almost spot on there were people on FOG with different experience. Perhaps it varies.

For the most part yes.  The times where extra steps are needed are not the fault of the track, but rather of the blade or the material. Say you need to rip really thick material (like >2" hardwood), and so you have to do the initial cut with the low tooth count panther blade, which can sometimes manifest blade marks on the material.  You might then have to follow up just taking a cleaning cut with the universal blade.  Or doing a narrower hardwood rip, the released tension in the wood will produce a curvature of the piece that will then have to be jointed straight (either with the tracksaw and/or tablesaw or with a jointer).

Track straightness is not a problem  -- if you get a track that produces a slightly concave/convex cut you should definitely return it for a new one.  As long as the tracks are stored correctly they will stay straight.
