I have 2 x 1.4m  and  1 x 2.4m  and  1 x 0.8m  festool  guide rails.
And  as  I  break  down  a  lot  of  8' x 4'  plywood  this  works  well.
Sometimes  we have  3m  plywood, so I join  the 0.8m  with the  2.4m.

The  nearest  in Mafell  for  8'  plywood  is  either  too  short  or too long.
The    1.6m  I  would  consider  acceptable  for  the  4'  cut.

I'm  thinking  the  guide  rail  purchase  with  Mafell  would  be...
2 x  1.6m  and  1 x 0.8m.

Thus...
1.6 + 1.6 = 3.2m
1.6 + 0.8 =  2.4m.
And  for  the  most  part  keep one  of  the  1.6m  and  the 0.8m  joined.

What do you Mafell  users  recommend?

There’s an F210 & F310 available fwiw.  I like the portability of everything in the bag, so three - F160’s with three - FVS rail connectors and one of the F160’s cut in two, to my specifically needed shorter lengths, works best for me while covering most anything that comes at me.  Adding Aerofix F-AFO & F-AFD completed the picture (I didn’t get the full Aerofix kit).

Having just bought the metabo rails for my Festools (they’re 1.6m & 0.8m size’s) I really like the 160 over the 140 length, and I also like that the 800 x 3 = 2400. I ultimately prefer this size increment to what festool chose.

I like 2 1.6, 1 1.1 and 1 800. Covers everything and can keep rips and cross-cut set up.

I have 2 1.6 and just added the 1.1.  The 1.6's joined together are perfect for 8' plywood rips and the 1.1 is great for crosscutting on the MFT.
The Mafell rail connector is so much easier to use and lines the rails up straight every time.  No need to have a 3m rail.

Look at the Bosch rails.  They are simply rebranded from Mafell and quite a bit cheaper.  I just got one for my new MT55cc and it sticks like glue to my workpieces.
