I have racked out my van too I think it's quite good

How easy is it to slide the rails into all the slots withouth snagging?
Ive had a few people asking this. They slide in fine, once the track passes the second slot it glides in easy  ;)

Original photos sorted now. Can't remember the order they were in so its a bit of a jumble now tho.

Thanks Samo for pointing this out to me.

Sprinter is offering a 4wd van in the us market for 2015. It will also feature a low range transfer case too. I will be getting one when they are available. BTW nice van setup .

I remember when I got into the business, the thing I wanted the most was a Mercedes sprinter. Well after 5 years of trailers and other vans, I finally splurged on a nice low miles sprinter with full racking.  I have had nothing but problems. Every time I turn around there is something new wrong with it, it's been in limp mode for the better part of 3 years now.  No one can fix it, have had it to 6 places now including sprinter specialists.  Now in the middle of winter the glow plug module went, so the van sat till just about 10 min ago, I went out and charged the battery and now in the 45 degree weather it started.  Luckily I was planning on moving on from the sprinter and purchased an awesome freight liner step van with a 4BT cummins in it.  Now that thing is a van. I love it.  Please think Long and hard before you get a sprinter.  9 out of 10 people will not even think about working in them. Oil changes cost 350 bucks alone.  I have honestly sunk 12-15k in this over the last 4 years.  Plus paid a large monthly payment and high insurance on it.  Think it over. Alot of people are getting the promasters.  They are front wheel drive and will have a diesel model soon.  For me, I now have a total mobile woodshop that gets awesome gas mileage.  And the sprinter just sits.
