Floetrol (by Flood) and XIM Latex X-tender

Floetrol in my area is starting to get hard to find.  I came across a XIM Product, Latex X-Tender and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with it.  I'll be spraying some Garage Cabinets I built with some SW Acrylic Paint thru my Fuji MiniMite 4 sprayer.  I have been using floetrol  and I got a very good finish with it.

I seldom go to Home Depot anymore.  I searched at Lowes in Goodyear and all they had on the shelf was Penitrol in a quart bottle but no floetrol.  Dunn Edwards of Goodyear, does not carry it but stocks the XIM X-Tender.  Thanks for the heads up

Wagner Paint Easy latex conditioner is a lot easier to find in my neck of the woods in Canada, and makes for another good substitute for Floetrol.
