Sorry, a newbie here to the forum, not so much to Festool (much to my wife's chagrin and our bank account).

Looking for a FOG hat (not the band) and maybe a shirt or two, I've seen them around but cannot find a place to purchase them.

I would like to support the group if this is a way they raise funds for the website etc.

Thanks, Nic [eek]

[member=73154]MM4865[/member] welcome to the forum.

The Festool Owners Group is owned and operated by Festool USA. So, buying their products supports the site  [tongue]

One of the moderators, [member=1674]Peter Halle[/member], made some shirts and hats 5+ years ago. I doubt he has any left or if there are intentions to make more.

I think the FOG logo is pretty killer  [big grin]

Yes, I did the FOG stuff.  It was fun at the time, but I don't plan to do another project.  If there are shirts out there I didn't have anything to do with them.  I looked into it but the logistics would have eliminated any fun.  I did have made for Shane and Seth and myself embroidered polos as a thank you for everything they had and have done for the forum, but I would virtually guarantee that they haven't sold theirs.

There are options now where all you do is submit your t-shirt design to an online seller and they handle everything from there. You don't have a minimum order or have to deal with payments or ordering, they do all that.

When someone wants one or two (or a dozen) shirts or hats or coffee mugs they order them. You're out of the picture no muss, no fuss. TeeSpring is one, there are probably others. I have never ordered from Teespring, but i know people who have and they said the transaction went off without a hitch.

There are also similar companies that will print your logo or photo on coffee mugs. I know a project I worked on about 10 years ago ordered mugs from everyone on the project team from believe it or not Walgreens. They submitted a group photo of everyone and chose the style mug they wanted and that was it. Of course in this case all the mugs were delivered to the project office but additional mugs could be ordered by anyone one at a time. I don't know if they still offer this service but as I recall it was not expensive.

[edit] just checked and Walgreens still offers the mugs. $16.99 for a 15oz mug with full photo.
